A speech delivered by the Special Adviser to the Governor to the newly addmitted students of Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Higher Education Mallam Bishir Usman Ruwangodiya has advised students on how to survive as a student and also how to take their studies serious.

Mallam Ruwangodiya made this charge on Thursday September 2021 during the orientation of the newly addimitted students (HND1 and ND1) of the college.

According to him, attending classes regularly enables students have extra understanding in answering exams questions correctly. This also help them to be able to defend their result wherever they find themselves.

He further advised the students not to indulge in examination malpractice as this can lead to rustication and withdrawal from the school.

He urges students to always pay attention to their studies in other to make their parents or guidance proud of them without indulging in misconduct of the school.

Meanwhile, he said some students are fond with the habit of wearing Bluetooth into the examination hall where they have their answers recorded. And some female students write answers on their laps, examination card and even on their hijab. He said all these act are not tolerated in the institution as they are all examination malpractice.
