A two days powers outage in the hotel, Hassan Usman polytechnic has caused difficulty for the student activities.
Speaking to the hostel resident, they confirm that there is no easy access to water for taking their bath and other activities, this was as a result of the power outage.
From the interview conducted, it shows that the boys were affected more as they rely on electricity to prepare their meal “no light no food ” this was the statement made at an interview with the boys in the hostel, blocks A and B.
The girls also lamented their discomfort about not being able to power their electric gadget mainly phone.
It was also made know by some hostel resident that power outage usually occurs when exam is approaching,which is inconvenient and detrimental to their study.
