COLLABORATING WITH TALENT HUNT PROJECT ON ICT AT KATSINA INSTITUTE.

Katsina State Institute of Technology and Management, KSITM, is to collaborate with the officials of the Katsina National Talent Hunt Project, KNTHP .

The Rector of the institute, Dr Babangida Abubakar Albaba made this known when he received the chairman, Katsina National Talent Hunt Project, Faisal Jafar Rafindadi on a courtesy visit to the institute in Katsina.

Albaba described the initiative as a welcome development in identifying talented youths to showcase their skills and products to the international market.

He said the mandate of the institute is not only to offer certificates but to assist in exposing the teeming populace to the ICT world.

The Rector of the institute, therefore, assured of its readiness to assist the talent hunt project in other areas of ICT needs to make the competition a huge success in the state.

Earlier, the chairman, Katsina National Talent Hunt Project, Faisal Jafar Rafindadi said the visit was aimed at having a round table discussion with the management of the institute on the best way forward.

Faisal added that the project would discuss other ICT areas of need to ensure a successful project in the state.
