Hassan Usman Polytechnic Student defeated their Yobe state counterpart in a friendly match on Friday Nov 25, 2022 with a score of 2:0.
According to the sports director named Muhammed Rufa’i the students went to participate in Yobe state. The football match between both schools resulted to Hassan Usman students emerging as the victor of the match.
He further talked on his plans to engage the students more on inter-school competition and external-state competition to further improve the training of the students. He plans to introduce more fun games for the female students to participate in, stating that no female student is involved in sport activities in the school.
According to him, this is something that will impress the students and make them eager to participate in sporting activities around the school.
