The management of Hassan Usman Katsina polytechnic has directed the ICT department to close registration portal for the 2020/2021 Academic session.
The directive followed after several months, that the ICT department embank in registration for the both the newly and returning Students of the Institution.
It could be recalled that the 2029/2021 registration started from July and lasted for about 3 months to Friday 24th September,both continue and fresh Students of the Institution.
However,in telephone conversation with one of the ICT staff MLM Faisal Mansur narrated the challenges that the ICT department face during the 2020/2021 registration exercise that include server problem, issues of course form,non-indigen/indegen fee schedule registration number among other challenges that most especially faced by the returning Students which inger the registration exercise.
MLM Faisal Added that, the also recorded on an quantifiable success doing, the 2020/2021 registration exercise, that include funding solution to the different technical challenges they faced during the exercise.
Similarly, According to MLM Faisal, the ICT department also provided different standard to machines and equipments, they would enable the admitted the students to register,do their registration exercise with there mobile phone.
Finally, he advocate the fair the management to provide a platform capable of teaching and impaction the students on the technical know how of information Communication technics to enable them aquire the basic knowledge of that would be a ladder in reaching the highest peace of Communication and information aspect.
