The school have placed a notice board where by informing everyone that visitors are to leave the school premises on or before 8:00pm due to security reasons
The visitors protocol help the school district avoid incident of a disruptive nature by controlling the flow of visitors which include parents and guardians, family and friends.
These procedure help ensure accountability in regards to who visits his or her child or friend at any given time.
However the students deserve a safe learning environment and a Better understanding to enable and ensure their safety.
Furthermore parent and guardians do not have unrestricted access to the secured area of schools building. So the school authority placed a ban of visitors entering the school at 8:00pm.
This will enable administrators to be best prepared for emergency situation and enhances our level of security in other to be alert.
All visitors are expected to abide by the rules of public conduct on school property contained in this code of conduct, and any additional rules or regulation imposed from time to time in connection with emergencies declared by state or management of the school.
