Mallam Haruna Saidu, the chief security of Hassan Usman kastina polytechnic said that the major challenges we have within the school is not much, hence we have adequate security within the school.
He ensured that all the department, hostels,environment,gates are well secured by the security officers.
“We also have a place called jangefa, due to the insecurity we have also created a gate there mounted with securities men working day and night 24 hour.
When you move inside the school we also created a gate there.
For those that have access to batagarawa local government. For hospitality, market, and some others things,we also created a gate their too mounted by securities men standing at the gate 24 hours”.
He also said the school have major security coverage within the polytechnic, and when you go by the safety of the staffs and students of the kastina polytechnic they have put a major security in the sense of just to protect the life and property of the staffs and students.
And we also have a patrol team which is leaded by the chief security which always patrol within the school to see what is happening around the school. And to see the movement of any suspect, and the suspect must be question if there is no any certified answer given by the person, then the person must be taken to the police for further investigation.
