The students Union Government after series of investigation uncover sales of items including food and other consumables in the hostel despite the series of warnings.
The Student Union through office of the Student Affairs made the information clear on 15th January 2023 at the students affairs Office at the complex.
Students express unhappy feelings towards the action and wish the SUG listen and look at reason why selling/trading happens in the despite knowing the Institution frown at the site of such action.
The students said selling of items which includes snacks and other consumables is with the aim of supporting their studies financially in other to comfortable avenue for proper learning, and to have availability of fund for purchase of Food, groceries, assignments, kerosene, stationeries, handout, transport and other upkeep.
Despite the students raise of curiosity the Students affairs still maintain in stance on the ‘No more sales /trading in the hostel Policy’ ‘ and urge students to desist from that to prevent disciplinary action which will definitely leads to confiscation properties.
Obedience they say is better than Sacrifice.
