The Friendly match which took place at Muhammad Dikko stadium attracted Spectators from various parts of Katsina Metropolis

During the match,players of Sports writers Association wear dark ash Jersy while while the players of Health Workers Union wore Red Jersy
The first goal of the friendly match was scored by Haruna Yusuf from Radio Nigeria Companion FM Katsina,while the second goal was scored by Jamilu Yusuf from NTA Katsina
Similarly the third goal of the match was scored by Murtala Muhammad of Companion FM Katsina while Muhammad Habib of Vision FM scored the fourth goal of the encounter
Similarly the alone goal scored by the Health Workers Union was scored by a player wearing number thirteen Jersy
During the match players of both teams exhibited their talents to the admiration of the Spectators who thronged the stadium to witness the match
The match which is mostly stabilised in the midfield admired the spectatos which include officials of both Associations
In their separate remarks shortly after the match,The North West Secretary of the NUJ Comrade Abdullahi Izma Yamadi,The State Chairman Comrade Tukur Hassan Dan-Ali as well as the Chairman of the Health Workers Union expressed gratitude to the players for the sportsmanship exhibited throughout the match
They pointed out that the match will no doubt enhance the long existing cordial relationship between Journalist and Health Workers in the state
The NUJ North West zonal Secretary and the Chairmen re-stated the determination of the two Unions to continue enhancing sporting activities among the members
The State Chairman of the Sports Writers Association Comrade Nasir Sani Gide,said the Association will continue to organise such football match among the labour Unions
While congratulating the members for the victory Comrade Gide said plans are underway to organise a Table tennis competition by the Association Katsina Swan.
