This reported how the delegation of the Hisbah Board under the leadership of the Commander of the Board of Katsina State Shiekh Dr. Aminu Usman (Abu Ammar) visited the Palace of the Emir of Katsina Alhaji Dr. Abdulmumini Kabir Usman with the Chief of the Community Security Forces (Civil Defense) of Katsina State Jamilu A. During the visit of the Chairman of Hisba Board Shiekh Dr. Aminu Usman Abu Ammar stated that this is a delegation of the new Hisbah board and the governor of Katsina State Mal. It was founded by Dikko Umar Radda.
He added that the Governor established this Authority based on the situation that our community is in, seeing how the pollution of education is in this situation, the cause of our entry into this situation that we are in, is the reason for establishing this Authority, and in the power of God This Authority will fight against crimes and bad habits that are happening in our community.
This authority has the representation of every religious group that we have in this state of ours, and this authority will organize meetings and advice on the death of marriage which is the cause of throwing the majority of people into adultery, this is the reason why we think to where you are as our parents.
He added that your advice, your support, and your cooperation will have no small effect on us, so we decided to visit you as our first task to get a clean society, we ask you where it is seen We are not doing well, we should be told to correct where we are right and we should be praised by Kara.
All of them expressed their satisfaction with the establishment of this agency by the Governor of Katsina State Mal. Dikko Umar Radda did it because he did the right thing at the right time because Katsina state needs it.
They also gave advice to the Commission and wished good luck to the Commander of the Commission who took this initiative for the benefit of the Religion and the Community.
